In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the ajib88 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• Employment restriction: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of ajib88 and its affiliated companies are not eligible to hold a player account.

By completing registration, you represent and warrant that:

ajib88 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, upon deposit, prior to withdrawal processing, or at any other time at our sole discretion. KYC documentation typically includes, but is not limited to:

• Government-issued photographic identification (KTP, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document dated within 90 days)

All financial transactions on ajib88 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• Deposits may be made via the following supported channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. ajib88 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Any deposit received from a third-party payment method will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
• ajib88 applies no platform fees to deposits. However, your payment provider may apply transaction fees; these are not within ajib88's control and will not be refunded.
• Deposits are typically reflected in your ajib88 account balance within minutes. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the cashier interface prior to initiating a deposit.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may be requested at any time, subject to successful completion of KYC verification and the absence of any active bonus wagering requirements on your account.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account or bank account registered in your own name. For security reasons, ajib88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 30 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours. Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on Indonesian public holidays (Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day, Nyepi, etc.) may experience slight delays.
• First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 may be subject to enhanced verification procedures and may take up to 24 hours to process.
• ajib88 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing a withdrawal if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any violation of these Terms.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day; these limits are displayed in your account cashier interface and may be increased for VIP members.
• ajib88 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, intermediary banks or e-wallet providers may deduct processing fees from the withdrawal amount prior to crediting your account; ajib88 is not responsible for such third-party fees.

ajib88 periodically offers bonuses, promotions, and other incentives to registered members. All bonuses are subject to the general Terms and Conditions set out below, as well as any bonus-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to members who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each promotion. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are limited to one per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements) before they may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for ajib88 bonuses is 10x (ten times) the bonus amount, unless a specific promotion states otherwise. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 10x wagering requires total wagers of Rp 1,000,000 before the bonus funds and any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Game contribution: Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette) typically contribute 10%–20%; sports betting contributions vary by odds. Full contribution percentages are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum bet limits: While bonus funds are active on your account, a maximum bet limit per spin or per hand applies (typically Rp 25,000 unless otherwise specified). Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire after a set period (typically 30 days from the date of bonus credit). Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically removed from your account.
• Abuse: ajib88 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, in cases of suspected bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes (but is not limited to) creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, using unfair betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other members to manipulate outcomes.
• Withdrawal prior to completion: If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements of an active bonus, the bonus and all winnings generated from the bonus will be forfeited. Only your original deposited amount will remain withdrawable.

All wagers placed on the ajib88 platform are subject to the rules of the specific betting market or game in question. ajib88 offers a wide range of products, including sports betting (football, basketball, badminton, e-sports, and more), live casino games, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and crash games. The following general rules apply to all betting activity:

• Bet acceptance: A wager is deemed accepted only when a confirmation message is displayed on your screen and the stake is deducted from your account balance. ajib88 reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion, particularly where we have reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, technical error, or violation of these Terms.
• Bet settlement: All bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event or game. All live bets are subject to acceptance confirmation; if the odds change materially between bet placement and acceptance, the bet may be rejected.
